Day 1 Arrive Delhi
Welcome to India.Arrival at Delhi airport. You will be greeted at the Airport and transferred to hotel in chauffeur driven vehicle. Check in at the hotel and overnight stay at your hotel in Delhi
Day 3 Delhi – Agra (Approximately 200 kms ; 4 hours by road)
This morning drive to Agra which was once the capital of Mughal India and centre of great power and glory. Visit the enchanting "Taj Mahal", the monument of love immortalized in marble and the highlight of any journey to India. It was built by Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his Queen Mumtaj. Also visit Agra Fort, a massive 16th century sandstone and Sikandara, where lies the Tomb of the Emperor "Akbar the Great" Overnight stay at your hotel in Agra Meal: Breakfast Note : Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays
Day 4 Agra – Fatehpur Sikri - Samode (Approximately 270 kms ; 6 hours by road)
After breakfast drive to Samode. Stop en route and visit Fatehpur Sikri. Proceed to Samode and upon arrival check in at Samode Palace which is about four hundred years old and is now a Heritage Hotel. The Palace is famous for the interiors which are harmonized with warm colored walls, delicate marble work, colorful patterns and traditional art objects. It has one of the most stunning halls showcasing mirror work and enamel work of "Minakari”. Overnight stay at Samode Palace Meal: Breakfast
Day 5 Samode – Jaipur – city tour (Approximately 45 kms ; 1 hour by road)
After breakfast drive to Jaipur. Visit Amer Fort. Ascend by painted elephant up to fort with its huge gateways and pillared pavilions. The fort was originally built by Raja Mansingh and is one of the finest examples of Rajput Architecture. Also visit the ornate Hawa Mahal (Palace of winds) which is five stories high and is decorated with delicate screens carved from stone which allowed royal ladies to view the city and bazaar from there without being seen. City Palace - A delightful blend of Mughal and traditional Rajasthani architecture, the City Palace sprawls over one-seventh of the area in the walled city. It houses the Chandra Mahal, Shri Govind Dev Temple and the City Palace Museum. Also visit Jantar Mantar, magnificent stone observatory built in 1728. This is still equipped with immense brick and mortar instrument including a very accurate 90 feet sundial. Overnight stay at your hotel in Jaipur Meal: Breakfast
Day 6 Jaipur - Nahargarh Fort
This morning is at leisure for some bargain shopping. Jaipur is the perfect place to shop for handicrafts, antiques, jewellery, gems, pottery, carpets, textiles, metalwork and leatherwear. Later in the evening visit Nahargarh fort. Nahargarh Fort, also known as Tiger Fort, is perched high on the rugged Aravali Hills overlooking Jaipur city. The fort was built 1734 to help defend the city. The fort offers spectacular views, which are best seen at sunset. It also makes a great place for a picnic as there's a cafe on the premises, which serves beverages and snacks. The fort looks particularly attractive at night when it's lit up. Day 7 Jaipur – Mandawa (Approximately 170 kms, 3.5 hours by road)
Today drive to Mandawa. On arrival check in at the hotel. In the afternoon visit Havelis which were built by great merchant families. The havelis are famous for beautiful frescos on the walls. Overnight stay at your hotel in Mandawa Meal: Breakfast
Day 8 Mandawa - Bikaner - Gajner(Approximately 230 kms, 5 hours by road)
This morning after breakfast leave for Bikaner, a desert city on the ancient carvan routes that originated from Africa and West Asia, upon arrival in Bikaner, visit the impressive Junagarh fort. Then proceed to Gajner for check in at Gajner Palace which was used as a hunting resort by the former Maharajas and visiting British dignitaries during the days of the Raj. Later enjoy a boat ride on the Lake. Overnight stay at your hotel in Gajner Meal: Breakfast
Day 9 Gajner – Jaisalmer (Approximately 300 kms, 6 hours by road)
This morning after breakfast, drive to Jaisalmer which is an architectural dream in the lonely yellow silence of the desert. Upon arrival check in at hotel for overnight stay Meal: Breakfast
Day 10 Jaisalmer – City tour and Sam Sand dunes
Morning city tour of Jaisalmer visiting Jaisalmer fort, Patwaon Ki Haveli and Nathmal Ki Haveli which are famous for wonderful carving. Later in the afternoon enjoy an excursion to the sand dunes located at a distance of 42 kms from Jaisalmer. Take an unforgettable experience of camel rides and the sun set view. Overnight stay at your hotel in Jaisalmer Meal: Breakfast
Day 11 Jaisalmer – Khimsar (Approximately 295 kms ; 6 hours by road)
Today leave for Khimsar which was founded in the early 16th century. On arrival check in at Khimsar Fort, a part of which is still occupied by Royal Family. Khimsar Fort has a long lineage of capable rulers who fought hard battles but lived with grace and dignity. Later in the afternoon enjoy a sight seeing tour of the fort and also visit a handicraft institute. Later enjoy a Jeep Safari to visit local villages and the camel safari to the sand dunes for a splendid sunset view. Return to Fort for overnight stay. Meal: Breakfast
Day 12 Khimsar – Jodhpur (Approximately 130kms; 3 hours by road)
Morning drive to Jodhpur - Gateway to the Thar desert. On arrival check in at hotel. Later visit Meharangarh Fort, built in 1457 situated at an altitude of about 125 metres is spread over an area of 5 sq. km with seven gates. It was the toughest fort to conquer in whole Rajasthan. Then visit Jaswant Thada which is a white marble memorial built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant II in 1899. Overnight stay at your hotel in Jodhpur. Meal: Breakfast
Day 13 Jodhpur – Ranakpur – Udaipur (Approximately 280 kms, 6 hours by road)
This morning after breakfast, leave for Udaipur. Stop en route and visit Ranakpur. Here are 15th century Jain Temples known for outstanding sculptures. It has 1444 pillars and none of them is alike. Finally arrive at Udaipur, which is also called “City of Lakes”, due to its location on the banks of Lake Pichola. On arrival check in at the hotel. Day 14 Udaipur – City Tour
In the morning enjoy a city tour of Udaipur visiting City Palace which has gorgeous rooms with mirrored walls and ivory doors, inlaid marble balconies and the peacock courtyard. Also visit Jagdish temple and lovely Saheliyon Ki Bari gardens. The afternoon is at leisure and the final evening of the tour is spent on a boat ride on Lake Pichola. Day 15 Udaipur – Departure to Hometown
