Day 1 Nagpur- Baghvan , Pench National Park

Bookings Open Now.Package stay are valid from 15 October 2014 when National Park open for Safari. Welcome to Madhya Pradesh. Arrive at Nagpur airport and enjoy your journey to one of Central India's reserves, Pench National Park situated in the Seoni and Chhindwara districts of Madhya Pradesh. On arrival at Baghvan a butler will escort you to your bungalow suite. Tempting lunch platters, beautifully arranged on the veranda or by the poolside, entice the taste buds. Afternoon high tea will be served in the interactive kitchen. You will be introduced to your expert naturalist, who will give you a full orientation of what to expect on your safari drives into the jungle. You will then depart on your afternoon drive in an open 4x4 safari vehicle through Pench's dry deciduous forest of predominantly teak trees and meandering jungle streams. Witness the region's rich wildlife, including tiger, leopard, wild dog, gaur, sambar, chital and brilliant birdlife. Stop to take in the Indian sunset with a mouthwatering sundowner – perhaps some Indian beer or a glass of chilled wine. Enjoy a delicious dinner. After dinner, indulge in decadent desserts, served with tea, coffee or cognac. You will then be escorted back to your bungalow for a peaceful night's sleep. Listen to the sounds of the jungle as you safely fall asleep in your romantic sleepout on your machan (covered jungle rooftop platform complete with sweeping mosquito nets). Or snuggle into your enormous double bed if you prefer. Overnight at Baghvan Meals : Lunch,Dinner

Day 2 Baghvan , Pench National Park

Today morning, your personal wake-up call will include the delivery of freshly squeezed orange juice, tea, coffee and homemade biscuits, for you to enjoy peacefully in your bungalow prior to departing on your morning jungle safari. After a morning filled with adventure – which could include viewing tigers. Later you will return to the Lodge for a hearty breakfast. Spend the early afternoon indulging in an in-room Ayurvedic massage, try out the 'Yoga in a Basket' provided in each bungalow, or amble down to the pool and relax in the sunshine. Or the energetic might enjoy a scenic bicycle ride to the nearby village market. Enjoy a delicious lunch. Afternoon high tea will be served in the interactive kitchen .You will then depart on your afternoon drive in an open 4x4 safari vehicle to the Pench National Park. Overnight at Baghvan. Day 3 Baghvan , Pench National Park

Today morning, your personal wake-up call will include the delivery of freshly squeezed orange juice, tea, coffee and homemade biscuits, for you to enjoy peacefully in your bungalow prior to departing on your morning jungle safari. You will return to the Lodge for a hearty breakfast. Rest of the day is at leisure. Enjoy a delicious lunch. Later depart for your afternoon safari. Relax with a sundowner. Enjoy a delicious dinner. Overnight at Baghvan Optional visit to Alikatta elephant camp - Make a stop at the village called Alikatta - which finds mention in the jungle book, and is now a camp for Park elephants and their mahouts. You can catch these gentle giants in the evenings or mornings, as they queue up for their special 'roti'. Each roti weighing a kg! Optional visit to a potters village - Spend an afternoon at the potters village called Pacchhdhaar - a half hour drive from the lodge. This tiny village comprises of families that are all involved in pottery. Watch a potter at his wheel, get your hands dirty and try making a pot yourself. If not, watch the pots being baked and finally come away with little earthen souvenirs. Meals : Breakfast ,Lunch, Dinner

Day 4 Baghvan , Pench National Park - Nagpur
