Itinerary Highlights

Day 1 Arrive Cochin

Welcome to India. Arrive at Cochin airport. On arrival you will be greeted at the airport and transferred to hotel in chauffeur driven vehicle. Check in and enjoy an overnight stay at your hotel in Cochin

Day 2 Cochin - City tour, Chinese fishing nets, Kumbalangi Village, traditional show

Take a tour of colonial Cochin, including the Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, cantilevered Chinese fishing nets and original burial site of explorer Vasco da Gama. Arrive in Kumbalangi. This pretty village boasts of an unspoilt virgin landscape and warm inhabitants who rely on nature to survive. Experience authentic Southern India as you to witness local activities including coir processing, copra pressing and olamedayal (netting of coconut leaves). In the evening relax at the Kerala Kaleidoscope, a show of authentic, colourful dances that explore the region’s rich cultural traditions. Overnight stay at your hotel in Cochin Meal: Breakfast

Day 3 Cochin – Munnar (Approximately 128 kms, 3.30 hours by road)

Today drive to Munnar, the hill station of Kerala famous for its tea plantations. Enjoy the fresh hill air with a walk through the plantations. Overnight stay at your hotel in Munnar Meal: Breakfast

Day 4 Munnar – Thekkady & Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary

This morning is at leisure in Munnar to soak up the scenery and visit the fascinating Tea Museum. Later drive to Periyar, south India’s most popular wildlife sanctuary set high in the ranges of the Western Ghats. Its man-made lake provides a perennial source of water for local animals. Day 5 Thekkady – Periyar Wildlife Reserve

Today rise early for a visit to Periyar wildlife Reserve. In Periyar you could spot a family of Elephants, Wild Boar or Sambar Deer by the water’s edge. Also enjoy a boat ride. Later proceed for spice shopping at Kumily Village in the evening. Overnight stay at your hotel in Thekkady Meal: Breakfast, Dinn

Day 6 Thekkady – Alleppy (Approximately 147 kms, 4 hours by road)

Drive to Alleppy, the backwaters of Kerala. On arrival embark a traditional thatch roofed house boat. The houseboat is made from locally sourced natural fabrics such as bamboo poles, coconut fibre and coir carpets. Enjoy an overnight stay onboard the houseboat and explore the enchanting backwaters, beautiful surroundings, palm fringed narrow canals, lush paddy fields and the countryside of Kerala. Day 7 Alleppy - Kovalam (Approximately 170 kms, 4.5 hours by road)

Disembark the house boat and then drive to Kovalam. On arrival check in at the resort. The boundless blue waters of the Arabian Sea and miles of white sands washed away by the surf at the feet of the stalwart palms and the rocky promontories, makes Kovalam a beach paradise. Rest of the day is free to relax on beach. Overnight stay at your hotel in Kovalam Meal: Breakfast

Day 8 Kovalam – Kanyakumari – Kovalam

Today enjoy an excursion to Kanyakumari, at the southernmost tip of India. Being at the very tip of the Indian peninsula, it is the meeting point of the Bay of Bengal, Arabian Sea and the Indian ocean. See Tiruvalluvar statue, Gandhi memorial, Vivekananda Rock Memorial and Kanyakumari temple. Overnight stay at your hotel in Kovalam Meal: Breakfast

Day 9 Kovalam – Trivandram airport - Departure to Hometown

  • Any items of personal nature like tips to guides & drivers, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified), and food and drink which is not part of set menu
  • Any extra cost incurred on behalf of any individual due to illness, accident , hospitalization or any personal emergency

  • Driver is NOT A GUIDE, he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own. Itinerary is subject to change.
  • If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability
  • The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.

  • Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
  • Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
  • Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
  • Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.
