Itinerary Highlights

Day 1 Arrive Port Blair

Arrival at Port Blair in the morning/afternoon by flight and transfer to hotel. Do note that Ross Island is only possible if you have booked a flight that lands by 1200 hrs or earlier. Relax and rest at the hotel and after lunch visit Ross Island (Wednesday Closed) which is about 2 km east of Port Blair and can be reached by a short boat ride from Port Blair (Ferry leaves at 1400 hrs and returns at 1600 hrs). The island is controlled by the Indian navy, which requires every visitor to sign in on entering. On the return spend some time at Water Sports Complex. In the evening proceed to attend the enthralling Sound and Light Show at Cellular Jail - (at 1800 hrs or 1900 Hrs, depending on light and sound show ticket availability) where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive.Overnight at Port Blair

Day 2 Port Blair – Havelock

Today early deaprt from Port Blair (0815 hrs) by Makruzz ferry to Havelock. The Makruzz takes 1.5 hrs to reach Havelock. On arrival proceed to selected hotel and in the evening proceed to Beach No 7* (Radhanagar Beach) rated as the ‘Best Beach in Asia’ by Time Magazine (Local Hot Tea will be offered). Return back to hotel to relax and unwind.(Kindly inform hotel to provide packaged breakfast as the same is not included at Havelock). Overnight in Havelock.Note: Makruzz ferry does not operate from April to September Note: All guests travelling to Havelock are required to carry ID proofs in order to issue their ticket back from Havelock – Port Blair Meals : packed breakfast

Day 3 Havelock -Excursion to Elephant Beach

(Car will come at 0800 hrs and please ensure you are ready as the boat will leave at 0830 hrs and it is a further 10 min drive away to the boat) Embark on the most memorable snorkelling trip, just 25 min by Boat this beach offers snorkelers calm blue shallow waters and is the perfect spot for beginner snorkelers. The boat goes right up to the beach and it’s so easy to slip on your gear and just start snorkelling. It’s also a great place to just spend the day lying on the beach and relaxing. The beach is very scenic with fallen trees and white sand giving the photographer some interesting shots. The reef here starts very close to shore at a depth of about 1 metre. The large reef is mostly made up of hard coral and has plenty of marine life. Note: Inclusive of snorkelling equipment and car pick up and drop. (The trip may be changed to light house subject to weather conditions and visibility) (Do note that in case guest is delayed for Elephant Beach No Refund will be offered if the boat has left) Meals : Breakfast

Day 4 Havelock - Kalapathar – Port Blair

Check out and after lunch visit to Kalapathar Beach. Return from Havelock Island in the evening by the Makruzz 1615 hrs and transfer to hotel in Port Blair. The guest will arrive only in the evening at Port Blair. (Do note that all hotels on Havelock have a early morning check out time and late check out is provided at the discretion of the hotel management) Request you to kindly keep the luggage ready and leave it at the reception.

Day 5 Port Blair – City Tour, Mount Harriet and Chidya Tapu

After breakfast, at 0830 hrs proceed to Mount Harriet - the 2nd highest peak (365 meters high) in the Andamans, which offers a magnificent bird’s eye view of Port Blair’s adjoining islands (Must see: Spot where Lord Mayo was murdered/Largest Church in Andamans/ Rs 20 VIEW /Summer Bunglow of British/ The only kind of Mango tree in whole of S/E Asia/ Nicobari Hut) . The summer headquarters of the Chief Commissioner during British Raj, this place provides fascinating views. Return back to Port Blair and start for a tour of places in & around Port Blair (1130 hrs) (City Tour) Chatam Saw Mill (one of the oldest & largest in Asia), Forest Museum, Anthropological Museum, Fisheries (Marine) Museum, Naval Marine Museum (Samudrika).. At 1530 hrs proceed to Chidyatapu located 30 kms away from Port Blair and also called the Sunset Point in Andaman’s (Hot Tea will be provided). Return back to hotel in the evening for some local shopping. Please note the Vehicle ferry to Mt Harriet does not have fixed timings and there may be a waiting time of 20 – 30 mins before boarding the ferry.

Day 6 Port Blair - Hometown

Notes • The above price is valid for travel till 30th September 2015. Rates are not valid from 15th December 2014 – 15th January 2015• All rates are valid for Indian Nationals only • Vehicle is not at disposal. Additional charges for extra usage or sightseeing has to be paid for • Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving License, Passport • Hotel check in is 0700hrs and checkout would be 0730hrs. Early check in and late check – out subject to availability • The Government ferry which is used to travel between Port Blair – Havelock takes between 02-03 hrs travel times. It is our endeavour to guarantee the best seat on this ferry but having a capacity of only 100 passengers sometimes getting preferred seats is difficult though we will ensure that the guest is boarded on the ferry. • Kindly note that drivers are not guides • Confirmation of Hotels and other services is subject to availability. If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels will be used• Itinerary is subject to change. • All arrangements made by us are in the capacity of a ground handling agent only. We will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries delayed or cancelled flights & acts or forces of nature.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.

  • Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
  • Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
  • Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
  • Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.
